We work closely with global IT and business stakeholders to deliver complex transformation projects in a structured and collaborative way. Together, we turn digital strategy into tangible business results.\nWhat you will be doing:\nLead IT and digital transformation projects from initiation to successful delivery\nDefine project scope, objectives, plans, budgets, and governance in partnership with business stakeholders.\nLead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources, vendors, and implementation partners. \nDrive project execution, managing risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and stakeholder communication.\nEnsure delivery within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality targets.\nPrepare project reporting and facilitate steering committee decisions.\nWhat you bring:\n5+ years of IT project management experience delivering digital solutions in complex global environments.\nExperience in a manufacturing environment and/or in IT infrastructure technical projects. \nCertifications: Prince2 Practitioner (preferred) or PMP. Agile certification is a plus.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable engaging diverse audiences. Ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with key business partners.\nExperience working in global and multicultural environments.\nWillingness to travel within Europe, North America, and Asia, depending on project needs.\nExcellent English (spoken & written).\nWhat we offer:\nBy joining our team, you become a part of the people-centric work environment of a Danish company.
