This role is an 18-month fixed term contract (maternity cover) for a digitally savvy marketer who enjoys getting things done, finding practical solutions, and working with modern MarTech tools in a global B2B environment.\nWhat you will be doing\nIn this role, you will support the hands-on execution of digital marketing activities across ROCKWOOL Technical Insulation. You will focus on delivering and maintaining digital content, campaigns, platforms, and tools, ensuring all activities are implemented effectively and aligned with brand guidelines.\n\nKey responsibilities include, but are not limited to: \nExecuting digital marketing and campaign activities across relevant channels and platforms - always in collaboration with international, more senior colleagues\nCreating, publishing, updating and maintaining website content using CMS platforms, supporting the optimisation of customer journeys and user experience across digital touchpoints\nSupporting the management and organization of digital assets in corporate DAM (Digital Assets Management) system\nWorking hands-on with digital marketing, sales enablement and MarCom enablement tools\nContributing to the execution and optimisation of activities across marketing automation, email, LinkedIn and paid media\nSupporting colleagues with analytics, tracking and reporting, and using insights to improve execution\nContributing to SEO/SEM initiatives and website optimisation, including AI trends\nCoordinating digital deliverables with internal colleagues, markets and external partners\nEnsuring digital content is accurate, up to date and aligned with brand guidelines\nManaging multiple operational tasks and deadlines in a structured and reliable way\nTroubleshooting day-to-day digital issues and coordinating with relevant specialists when needed\nWhat you bring\nApprox. 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in digital marketing, marketing communications, or a related field (B2B experience is highly desirable)\nDegree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field\nSolid understanding of digital marketing principles and hands-on experience with CMS platforms and website publishing\nExperience with DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems and workflows, with sales enablement and broader MarTech platforms is an advantage\nPractical experience with marketing automation, email marketing, LinkedIn, and paid media campaigns\nFamiliarity with analytics, tracking, reporting, and SEO/SEM fundamentals\nExcellent written and spoken English, with strong, open, and proactive communication skills\nStructured, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently\nDigitally curious, pragmatic, and proactive mindset with a strong can-do attitude and eagerness to learn new tools\nWhat we offer\nBy joining our team, you become a part of the people-centric work environment of a Danish company.
