We work closely with local legal counsels, data privacy coordinators, and compliance managers across the ROCKWOOL Group.\nYou will closely collaborate with GDPR Compliance Specialist based in Poznań, who is in charge of ensuring ongoing compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant privacy laws throughout the ROCKWOOL Group. It means you will be involved in real-world GDPR challenges and will be able to contribute directly to keeping ROCKWOOL a trusted and responsible business.\nWhat you will be doing:\nYou’ll help drive the execution of ROCKWOOL’s data privacy strategy, shaping and promoting best practices that protect our business. Your expertise will directly influence how we build a strong culture of data protection across the organization.\nMore specifically, you will:\nAdvise on data protection requirements and standards across all aspects of the business, with particular emphasis on digital solutions.\nProvide legal advice for business units around the world regarding data processing activities, data transfers, and privacy risks.\nEngage in new business initiatives to secure their alignment with privacy laws.\nCollaborate with stakeholders across the business, including IT, HR, Procurement, and legal advisors outside the organization.\nPerform privacy impact assessments and data mapping activities using our tailor-made digital tools.\nMonitor the sharing of personal data within the ROCKWOOL Group and ensure that applicable transfer mechanisms are established and followed.\nPrepare and implement improvements by updating our policies, manuals, procedures, and templates.\nDeliver data protection training to employees and raise awareness across the organization by designing data privacy campaigns.\nEnsure ROCKWOOL responds appropriately to data subject access requests and manages personal data breaches, including maintaining accurate reporting and documentation.\nWhat you bring:\nMaster’s degree, preferably in law, but other relevant degrees can also be considered,\nExperience in a similar role, ideally in an international company,\nFluent spoken and written English,\nGreat communication skills, ability to convey complicated legal matters simply and engagingly, regardless of the audience,\nBusiness-oriented approach: open mind for opportunities for improvement and simplification where possible,\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment,\nEagerness to learn and self-development,\nGood organization and diligence at work,\nWillingness to travel periodically for business purposes.\nWhat we offer:\nBy joining our team, you become a part of the people-centric work environment of a Danish company.
