frequency.\nEvaluate incoming goods and finished products as per the Roxul-Rockwool control procedures and guidelines/specification.\nEnsure the product identification and traceability through the application of appropriate label on the finished goods.\nPreparation & deliver the samples as per external test plan & defined frequency.\nPreparation of samples for marketing.\nReporting the quality key figures, presentation and analysis of the same to the superior.\nIssues retrievable records for each product manufactured for each customer requirements.\nFollow the ISO 9001:2015 system requirements.\nMonitor product quality to prevent unacceptable products.\nMaintain record of issued labels per product.\nParticipating in third party inspection activity as per superior guideline.\nFollow the corrective action taken on complaints.\nPerform other related duties as and when required by management.\nParticipation in safety activity by reporting good catches.\nMaintain Housekeeping of defined area.\nParticipate in investigation for accident/incident.\nGive Training as per plan.\nParticipate and maintain 6’S in function.\nParticipate in Mock Drill safety committee and JSA preparation.\nReporting of accident incident\nReporting of good catch\nReporting of unsafe act and unsafe working condition.\nParticipate in Safety meeting.\nSkills\n0-3 year (preferably from Stone wool Industry or any chemical industry background/ Mechanical / Automobile industry) Required Certifications and Experience \nComputer Literacy\nAnalysis & Review of inspection results.\nOther Requirements: \nEducation: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ BSC or MSC in chemistry\nLanguages: Tamil,
