At ROCKWOOL, we work relentlessly to enrich modern living through our innovative stone wool solutions.\nJoin us and make a difference!\nYour future team:\nThe Maintenance Planner/ Stores Supervisor will report to the Maintenance Manager and has two direct reports.\nWhat you will be doing:\nResponsible for maintenance planning, SAP asset management, and stores operations, including inventory control, material receiving, and supervision of two Parts Clerks.\nMaintenance Planning\nCreate, review, and update maintenance plans in SAP.\nMonitor maintenance plan completion and create work orders and requisitions as required.\nDevelop shutdown plans and coordinate maintenance schedules.\nIdentify critical spare parts and maintain accurate equipment and asset records.\nStores Supervision\nSupervise and support two Parts Clerks.\nOversee inventory counts, accuracy, and critical spare parts stock levels.\nManage the receiving, inspection, and storage of materials.\nMaintain a safe, organized, and efficient stores area.\nSupport the factory by locating and retrieving materials as needed\nWhat you bring:\n3-5 years of experience in maintenance planning, stores, inventory, or a similar manufacturing environment.\nHands-on experience with SAP, including maintenance plans, work orders, requisitions, and asset records.\nExperience with preventive maintenance planning, scheduling, and shutdown coordination.\nExperience managing maintenance parts inventory, including critical parts and stock levels.\nExperience with inventory control, cycle counts, receiving, and material storage.\nPrevious supervisory or team leadership experience.\nStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a manufacturing environment and collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, and Purchasing teams. \nWhat we offer:\nCompetitive Pay & Benefits from Day 1: Comprehensive medical, dental, massage therapy, and vision plans.\nRetirement Pension Matching Program\nPaid Time Off: Generous PTO, paid holidays, and top up plans for maternity and paternity leave.\nEducational Assistance & Career Growth: Invest in your future.\nWellness Perks: Fitness reimbursement and EAP access.\nSafety First: Company-provided PPE and programs to keep you protected\nThe annual salary range for this role is $95,000 - $110,000.
