Based in our Sofia office, you will be the face of marketing in Bulgaria, working side by side with the local sales team while being closely connected to your marketing colleagues in Romania.\nWe are a team that likes to move fast and measure what we do. Our markets are changing quickly: new fire safety and energy efficiency rules are opening up big opportunities for stone wool, and we want to be the first name architects, installers and homeowners think of. You will get a lot of freedom, a lot of support, and a team that celebrates wins together.” Daryl Gambarana - Marketing Director RBT\nWhat you will be doing:\nBring the ROCKWOOL brand to life in Bulgaria: implement the RBT and Group strategy, brand positioning, visual identity and tone of voice across all channels.\nPlan and run omnichannel B2B and B2C campaigns (PR, brand advertising, media and social) that build awareness with clear KPIs and follow-up.\nSupport email, newsletter, webinar and lead generation programmes in Marketo, in alignment with the RBT Digital Marketing team.\nManage the local website (CMS) and digital content, ensuring language quality and compliance with local legislation and Group policies.\nPartner with Product and Technical Managers on product launches and their communication plans; review brochures, web and social content.\nSupport Sales with campaigns, promotions and events (seminars, workshops, fairs), including POS and promotional materials and their logistics.\nCoordinate agencies, printers and other suppliers to deliver quality work and return on investment.\nManage the marketing budget and cost centre (estimates, expenses, ROMI) and report on performance in line with Group practices.\nSupport internal and corporate communications\nWhat you bring:\nA degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.\nSolid experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing, ideally in building materials, construction or an industrial environment.\nHands on experience with social media and website CMS; Marketo or another marketing automation tool is a strong plus.\nFluent Bulgarian and English, with strong writing and editing skills.\nWell organised and able to run several projects, campaigns, agencies and budgets at once.\nResults orientated mindset.\nA collaborative team player who enjoys working with colleagues across the organisation.\nAbility to travel once per month.\nWhat we offer:\nPerformance bonus\n13th month salary\nMonthly meal vouchers\nMedical insurance\nChristmas gift vouchers\n25 vacation days\nIf you recognize yourself in this profile and challenge, we kindly invite you to apply with CV written in English.\nWho we are\nAt ROCKWOOL Group, we are committed to enriching the lives of everyone who experiences our products and services.
