sustainability-related marketing initiatives to reinforce ROCKWOOL’s position as a leading provider of sustainable stone wool solutions.\nGeneral responsibilities and activities include, but is not limited to: \nSupport the development and execution of the annual marketing plan in line with business and commercial priorities.\nCoordinate marketing campaigns, customer events, seminars, exhibitions, industry engagements and product launches from planning through post-event follow-up.\nCreate and coordinate marketing content across digital, social media, email, presentation and printed channels while ensuring consistency with ROCKWOOL brand guidelines.\nWork closely with Sales, Business Development, Technical and Specification teams to develop marketing activities that support customer engagement, project opportunities and lead generation.\nMonitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activities and industry developments, and provide regular market insights to the Marketing Manager and relevant stakeholders.\nMaintain marketing databases, campaign records, event participation, leads and performance reports to support effective follow-up and measurement of marketing effectiveness.\nCoordinate external agencies, designers, printers, event organisers and other vendors to ensure quality, cost and timeline requirements are met.\nSupport sustainability, circularity, corporate communication and industry partnership initiatives that strengthen ROCKWOOL’s market positioning and reputation.\nKey responsibilities and activities include, but is not limited to: \nExecute marketing campaigns and activities according to the agreed marketing calendar and business priorities.\nCoordinate seminars, CPD programmes, exhibitions, customer events, industry conferences and stakeholder engagements, including invitations, logistics, materials and follow-up.\nDevelop and adapt marketing content such as brochures, presentations, case studies, emailers, social media posts, digital assets and customer communications.\nManage day-to-day updates for relevant digital and social media channels in coordination with internal stakeholders and regional/global marketing teams.\nSupport lead-generation activities and ensure marketing-generated leads are captured, distributed and tracked for commercial follow-up.\nCollect and analyse basic campaign, digital, event and customer engagement data and prepare regular performance reports.\nConduct market and competitor research to support positioning, campaign planning, product launches and business development initiatives.\nCoordinate the production and inventory of marketing materials, samples, displays, giveaways and event collateral.\nSupport product launches and new-market initiatives by coordinating communications, marketing materials and stakeholder engagement activities.\nEnsure all marketing materials comply with ROCKWOOL brand guidelines, product claims, sustainability requirements and relevant approval processes.\nCoordinate purchase requests, quotations, vendor documentation and marketing expenditure tracking in accordance with company procedures and approved budgets.\nMaintain strong working relationships with internal teams, customers, agencies, industry associations and external partners.\nUndertake other marketing and business support activities assigned by the Marketing Manager in support of departmental and company objectives.\n Requirements (Essential)\nBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or a related discipline.\n2-4 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, events, digital marketing or a related commercial function.\nHands-on experience in coordinating marketing campaigns, events, seminars, exhibitions or customer engagement activities.\nGood writing and content-development skills for presentations, email campaigns, social media and marketing materials.\nFamiliarity with digital and social media platforms and basic digital performance metrics.\nAbility to conduct market and competitor research and prepare clear summaries and reports.\nStrong coordination and project-management skills with good attention to detail.\nGood interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word.\nGood written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.\nWillingness to travel as required.\n Requirements (Desirable)\nExperience in the construction, building materials, insulation, manufacturing or B2B industry.\nExperience with CRM, email marketing, marketing automation, website CMS or social media management tools.\nBasic capability in graphic design or content-creation tools such as Canva or Adobe applications.\nExperience supporting industry associations, professional bodies, government engagement or corporate events.Understanding of sustainability, green buildings, energy efficiency, circular economy or ESG-related communications.\nExperience working in a multinational or matrix organisation.\nFamiliarity with marketing analytics, lead tracking and campaign performance reporting.\nAbility to communicate in an additional regional language is an
