You give them direction, clear expectations, and support, so they can focus on making an impact in their market. They bring deep local market experience, so building trust and agreeing clear ways of working is a key part of your role. You connect local teams with global priorities and digital marketing, and you ensure campaigns are rolled out consistently and with strong results.\nYou identify and address barriers to effective execution by establishing practical ways of working and ensuring consistent follow-up. You foster a strong team culture by sharing best practices across markets and supporting the professional development of each MarCom Manager. You also connect technical functions with the local teams. You turn technical and regulatory developments into clear market guidance that supports sales and specification.\nYou work closely with the Marketing Director and the Brand Manager and give market input to the marketing strategy, in an integrated marketing approach that balances global brand consistency with local market relevance.\nResponsibilities\nManage, coach and develop local MarCom managers, including goal setting, clear expectations and regular performance feedback\nAgree on marketing priorities and ensure strategy translates into campaigns that create demand, support specification and generate qualitative sales leads\nConnect local teams with global priorities and digital marketing\nEnsure campaigns are rolled out consistently across markets and deliver strong results\nIdentify and address barriers to effective execution by establishing practical ways of working\nFoster a strong team culture by sharing best practices across markets\nConnect technical functions with local teams and translate technical and regulatory developments into clear market guidance that supports sales and specification\nGive market input to the marketing strategy\nWork closely with the Marketing Director and the Brand Manager to formulate and implement an integrated marketing approach\nBalance global brand consistency with local market relevance in all marketing initiatives\nRaise the consistency, quality, and speed of execution across markets\nEnsure the network has practical tools, templates and campaign materials\nSet goals and KPIs for the MarCom network, track progress and results, and step in when something is off track\nTake part in hiring and onboarding of local MarCom managers\nCommunicate internally on ongoing projects and initiatives\nYour Profile\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or another relevant field\nYou are looking for a full-time position\nAt least 8 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or MarCom in an international environment, including at least 3 years managing experienced marketing professionals\nDemonstrated ability to combine strategic thinking with focus on delivery and results\nStrong prioritization skills and the ability to set clear direction for others\nComfortable working in a complex international matrix organization, and able to influence global and technical teams without formal authority\nAbility to connect technical functions with marketing and translate regulatory or technical developments into market guidance\nRegular travel to our European markets is not a problem for you\nExperience with campaign rollout, localization, and cross-market collaboration is a strong advantage\nExcellent command of the English language, both spoken and written\nStrong coaching and people development skills\nAble to earn the trust of experienced professionals and lead through clear direction, feedback and accountability\nWhat We Offer\nIn addition to a competitive base salary, we offer attractive secondary employment benefits, including a collective pension scheme, holiday allowance, and a 13th month salary within an innovative and sustainable organization.
