At ROCKWOOL, we work relentlessly to enrich modern living through our innovative stone wool solutions.\nJoin us and make a difference!\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nYou’ll own the site installation, testing and commissioning of our production equipment and solutions. Working with mainly installation, commissioning, and running-in of major projects, you’ll ensure that all equipment within the factory is supplied where required.\nAs an expert, we look for your expertise:\nTake full responsibility for project execution with respect to installation, testing and commissioning\nOnsite supervision of install crews of suppliers/contractors and follow up to ensure compliance with requirements is paramount. Project management experience required\nEnsure that all site work is done safely and in accordance with best practice site safety\nEnsure all documentation / reporting is done and archived following company directives and Group Technology rules, and available tools\nEnsure that the necessary expertise from other departments - environment, safety, MMR’s, are included in solutions\nOccasional travel inside and outside of North America is to be expected for project execution, supplier visits, coordination, etc. \nWhat You Bring\nDegree in Mechanical Engineering or experience in lieu of degree\n5+ years working in a similar position, with site installation and machine construction\n80% of the time on project sites, requiring temporary relocation for 2+ years at a time for projects\nStrong communication skills\nAbility to travel occasionally, both nationally and internationally\nPreference given to candidates who have smith, mechanic or other type of craftsman expertise\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive Pay & Benefits from Day 1: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans. \n401K Match: Up to 6% \nPaid Time Off: Generous PTO, 12 paid holidays, and parental leave. \nEducational Assistance & Career Growth: Invest in your future. \nWellness Perks: Fitness reimbursement and EAP access. \nSafety First: Company-provided PPE and programs to keep you protected. \nThe base salary range for this position is $115,000.00 - 135,000.00.
