Join us and help build a world that works for generations to come.\nYour Future Team:\nReporting to the HR Director, the Manager will responsible for the processing of the full ROCKWOOL UK monthly payrolls (circa. 600 employees), including employees in UK and Ireland, across multiple business entities, ensuring compliance with company procedures and local payroll/tax related regulations.\nWhat you will be doing:\nMonthly processing of salaries, deductions, statutory payments, RTI submissions, e-payslips, and reconciliations for a multi-country operation\nFull management, maintenance, configuration, user access control, system integration, and continuous improvement of the payroll platform (Cintra)\nResponsibility for annual PSA reviews, P60, TAS, STBV submissions, Form 42, and HMRC compliance across all payroll activities\nProcessing inbound/outbound assignee pay, benefits, and shadow payroll across multiple jurisdictions\nEnsuring ongoing pension compliance, accurate contributions, timely payments to providers, and maintenance of pension records\nLine manager of Payroll Coordinator with full responsibility for development, performance, and team compliance\nManagement of equity event processing and associated tax compliance\nProcessing taxable benefits through payroll, managing salary sacrifice schemes, and ensuring HMRC compliance\nMain point of contact for audits and responsible for maintaining audit procedures and compliance documentation\nProactive identification of compliance risks, support for system upgrades, and collaboration on HR/Payroll projects\nWhat you bring:\nMinimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role\nExperience of full monthly payroll system processes including balancing and closing the pay period\nKnowledge of employee benefits, including company car schemes, and fuel complexities\nExperience of payroll system maintenance: user access and security profiles, set-up and maintenance of user defined categories, bulk uploads & back dated pay awards\nKnowledge of Auto Enrolment and experience with pension administration\nIntermediate level knowledge of Excel (Vlookups, Pivot tables etc.)\nWhat we offer:\nCompetitive Salary\nCompany Bonus Scheme\n30 days annual leave + Bank Holidays\nCompany Pension Scheme (Aviva) \nWestfield Health Cashback Scheme\nLife Assurance 4x annual salary\nEnhanced Sick Pay Scheme\nWho we are\nROCKWOOL are a global leader in stone wool solutions, transforming volcanic rock into safe, sustainable products since 1937.
