Together, we're creating innovative solutions that make buildings safer, more energy efficient, and more sustainable for future generations.\nJoin us and be part of something great!\nWhat You'll Do\nPlanning daily people resources to optimise production schedules and ensuring the implementation of the production plan to meet business demands\nMonitoring and analysing operating conditions, practical operation of equipment, and total preventative maintenance (TPM) within your team\nConducting daily factory walks to monitor health, safety, housekeeping, and team focus on TPM across all workspaces\nEnsuring all employees work in line with EHS guidelines and policies, reporting incidents/accidents/near misses, and completing safety KPIs and toolbox talks on schedule\nCompleting accurate shift reports and KPIs, documenting downtime, reporting unplanned stoppages, and communicating performance to stakeholders\nUtilising root cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities, supporting implementation of OPEX principles, and carrying out corrective actions\nSupporting team members' skill development through on-the-job learning, providing ongoing feedback, and managing comprehensive training matrices\nMonitoring team performance and attendance, managing absence-related queries, conducting initial investigations into grievances, and ensuring adherence to policies\nPlanning and overseeing down days, shutdowns, stock takes, and cleaning activities to minimise disruptions and ensuring team preparedness\nWhat We're Looking For\nPrevious experience in a Team Lead position within a production environment, ideally from a paint or sealant industry\nUnderstanding of Operations and LEAN principles\nExperience using structured problem-solving methods such as root cause analysis to identify production issues and implement effective corrective actions\nIOSH Managing safely certificate\nExperience supporting operational change and continuous improvement within a busy manufacturing environment\nWhat we Offer\nCompetitive Salary and shift allowance\n30 days annual leave + Bank Holidays\nCompany Pension Scheme (Aviva)\nWestfield Health Cashback Scheme\nLife Assurance 4x annual salary\nEnhanced Sick Pay Scheme\nSubsidised electric vehicle charging facilities\nWho We Are\nFounded in 1937 in Denmark, ROCKWOOL is a global company in stone wool solutions, with 12,000+ employees in over 40 countries.
