What you will be doing:

  • Contributeto CAPEX investment projects from concept to hand-over and aftercare (including design review).

  • Plan, execute, and follow up on projects, ensuring clear communication within the team, suppliersand withstakeholders.

  • Prepare requirement specifications, time schedules, and tender materials in cooperation with internal teams.

  • Evaluate and provide technical solutions, involving the right people to secure quality and relevance.

  • Monitor project delivery, equipment manufacturing, and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.

  • Build and maintainstrong relationships with internal and external partners, supporting a customer-centric approach.

  • Take responsibility for project economy, ensuring all tasks are completed within agreed budget tolerance - and escalate major deviations.

  • Foster team collaboration and teambuilding throughout the project lifecycle.

Although your new desk will be in the Nowy Rynek building in central Poznań, Poland, you will often travel primarily in Europe but could also be around North America and Asia - mostly to visit suppliers and international production sites to oversee equipment implementations and drive troubleshooting. You can expect to travel up to 80 daysper year, with trips varying from just a couple of days to a few weeks at a time.

What you bring:

  • 3+ years ofexperience in project management in an industrial environment.

  • Adegree in engineering combined with a noteworthy background within mechanical engineering.

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.

  • Commercial mindset, decisiveness, and good organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, English fluency (spoken & written).

  • Negotiation skills and a structured approach to problem solving.

  • Familiarity with project management frameworks such as Prince2 is a plus.
