At ROCKWOOL, we work relentlessly to enrich modern living through our innovative stone wool solutions.\nJoin us and make a difference!\nWhat you will be doing:\nContributeto CAPEX investment projects from concept to hand-over and aftercare (including design review).\n\nPlan, execute, and follow up on projects, ensuring clear communication within the team, suppliersand withstakeholders.\n\nPrepare requirement specifications, time schedules, and tender materials in cooperation with internal teams.\n\nEvaluate and provide technical solutions, involving the right people to secure quality and relevance.\n\nMonitor project delivery, equipment manufacturing, and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.\n\nBuild and maintainstrong relationships with internal and external partners, supporting a customer-centric approach.\n\nTake responsibility for project economy, ensuring all tasks are completed within agreed budget tolerance - and escalate major deviations.\n\nFoster team collaboration and teambuilding throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nAlthough your new desk will be in the Nowy Rynek building in central Poznań, Poland, you will often travel primarily in Europe but could also be around North America and Asia - mostly to visit suppliers and international production sites to oversee equipment implementations and drive troubleshooting. You can expect to travel up to 80 daysper year, with trips varying from just a couple of days to a few weeks at a time.\nWhat you bring:\n3+ years ofexperience in project management in an industrial environment.\n\nAdegree in engineering combined with a noteworthy background within mechanical engineering.\n\nStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.\n\nCommercial mindset, decisiveness, and good organizational skills.\n\nExcellent communication skills, English fluency (spoken & written).\n\nNegotiation skills and a structured approach to problem solving.\n\nFamiliarity with project management frameworks such as Prince2 is a plus.\n\nWhat we offer:\nBy joining our team, you become a part of the people-centric work environment of a Danish company.
