You will work with colleagues inside your area of expertise and from other departments, such as process specialists, electrical engineers and production experts in factories across the globe.\nYou will manage each project team and ensure the budget is controlled and that design, development, delivery and implementation are on track.\nMore specifically, it will be up to you to:\nDevelop and drive the master project plans as well as installation plans\nEnsure that the designed technical solutions live up to project specifications, standards and quality\nParticipate in sourcing and commercial contracting processes and follow up with suppliers\nScout for potential risks to sourcing, project completion, etc. and take corrective actions when needed\nTravel up to 80 days per year to visit suppliers and international production sites to oversee equipment implementations and drive troubleshooting\nWhat you bring:\nYou will need to have an astute cultural understanding as you will be working in an international setting, and you know how to navigate in a project organization and communicate at all levels with ease.
