You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, performance optimization, and maintenance of our SAP EWM landscape in a cloud environment. You will bridge traditional Basis administration with cloud-native, automated operations to drive maximum warehouse efficiency.\nKey responsibilities and activities include, but is not limited to: \nCloud Infrastructure Management\nProvision, configure, and monitor SAP EWM systems on cloud VMs.\nEnsure High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) for EWM using HANA System Replication (HSR) and cloud Site Recovery.\nOptimize cloud resource utilization and cost.\nSAP EWM System Administration & Support\nManage end-to-end technical administration of SAP EWM.\nPerform SAP kernel upgrades, HANA database patching, and SP updates in a critical 24/7 warehouse environment.\nMonitor and tune SAP EWM performance, background jobs.\nProvide 24/7 technical support for P1/P2 issues, managing incidents through resolution.\nIntegration & Optimization\nMaintain integrations with SAP EWM interfaces: Material Flow Systems (MFS), RF/Handheld devices, and 3PL connections.\nPerform EWM system refreshes and data volume management (data aging/archiving).\nCollaborate with functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP EWM and ERP (ECC or S/4HANA).\nAutomation & DevOps\nAutomate SAP Basis operations using cloud Automation.\nDevelop documentation and maintain SOPs for system operations.\nCommunication & Working Relationships\nWho\n\nIT Service & Product Management Digital App & ERP\nTO\nDeputy SAP EWM ManagerCross Function Communication\n\nPlant operations\nFor PM´s in the business as MM, PM and PP.\nPersonal qualities: \nSkills & Experience - Essential\n3-5 years of experience as an SAP Basis Administrator/Consultant.\nHands-on experience migrating or managing SAP HANA on cloud.\nStrong knowledge of Linux/Windows OS and cloud networking.\nRelevant SAP or cloud certifications (e.g. SAP Workloads, SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP HANA).\nSkills & Experience - Desirable\nExperience with warehouse automation scenarios.\nKnowledge with DevOps practices and Infrastructure-as-Code tools. Strong knowledge in SAP BTP, Cloud Connectors and hybrid connectivity\nDeep understanding of the technical requirements for S/4 HANA embedded EWM or Decentralizes EWM.\nExpertise in SAP HANA administration, performance tuning, memory management, and backup/recovery strategies within cloud environments\nProficient in managing Transport Management System, troubleshooting interfaces and integration\nExperience with system copies / refresh, support pack and kernel updates.
