You would join our team in Poznań or Warsaw.\nYour role\nThe role has a particular focus on SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Datasphere, within an analytics landscape where SAP BW on HANA remains a core technology foundation.\nThe role combines hands-on technical expertise with solution ownership, technical guidance, operational support and participation in larger projects. You will work closely with the Product Manager, business stakeholders, architects and other technology teams to ensure that our BI solutions are reliable, maintainable and aligned with business needs and architectural direction.\nWhat you would be doing\nSolution ownership and technical leadership\nTake technical ownership of BI solutions across SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere and SAP BW on HANA throughout their lifecycle.\nProvide technical leadership and guidance to the BI team, including mentoring and hands-on support.\nPerform solution assessments, design reviews and sanity checks, with focus on performance, scalability and system footprint.\nDefine and promote best practices, design principles and development standards for the BI landscape.\nSecure solution designs and technical roadmaps in close cooperation with the architecture team.\nProvide expert-level (3rd-level) support for complex incidents, ensuring effective root-cause analysis and resolution.\nSupport the Product Manager with technical input on priorities, estimates, risks and delivery planning.\nAct as SAP BW technical lead in large-scale ERP and supply chain transformation projects\nProactively identify functional and technical enhancements by analyzing business processes and systems, identifying inefficiencies and documenting processes and procedures.\nStay abreast of developments in SAP BI and analytics (e.g. SAC, Datasphere, Business Data Cloud) and assess their relevance for our landscape.\nPlatform operations and governance\nCoordinate regularly with SAP Basis on system health, planned activities and dependencies.\nDrive continuous improvement of system stability and performance based on SAP EarlyWatch Alert (EWA) findings and monitoring.\nPlan and coordinate regular upgrades, support packages and patches across the BI landscape.\nSupport SAP license audits and system measurements.\nOwn the BI authorization concept, including role design and maintenance for SAP BW and related reporting tools.\nEnsure appropriate technical documentation, solution quality, maintainability and operational readiness.\nKnowledge sharing and community\nFacilitate training and knowledge sharing for colleagues across business units and locations.\nDeliver regular updates to the SAC user community on new features, roadmap changes and best practices.\nWhat you bring\nYou are a proactive, structured and solution-oriented professional who combines strong technical judgment with a high degree of ownership. You demonstrate sound judgment, work independently and take responsibility for the quality and sustainability of the solutions within your area.\nProfessional Competencies\nSolid technical experience with SAP BW on HANA / SAP BW and an understanding of enterprise BW architectures and dependencies.\nProven experience designing, developing, maintaining and troubleshooting business-critical BI solutions.\nExperience providing technical guidance, reviewing solution designs and ensuring technical quality and maintainability.\nGood understanding of data modelling, analytics architectures, integration patterns and enterprise data management principles.\nExperience working with architects, SAP Basis and other technology teams in complex enterprise environments.\nExperience translating business requirements into technical solutions and communicating technical choices to business stakeholders.\nPreferred: Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), including solution development, data modelling and integration.\nPreferred: Hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere, including data modelling, data integration and solution design.\nKnowledge of SAP BusinessObjects, Analysis for Office and/or SAP BPC is an advantage.\nRelevant higher education in IT, computer science, engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\nProfessional proficiency in English.\nWhat we offer\nBy joining our team, you become a part of the people-centric work environment of a Danish company.
