The CO Consultant ensures stability, performance, and alignment of Controlling processes with Group standards during both support and project activities.\nReporting Structure\nTeam Members:\n· The CO Consultant reports functionally to one Functional Manager (Product Managers or Functional Team Lead) who oversees domain-specific development, skill growth, and cooperates in relation to the performance evaluation.\n· The SAP CO Consultant reports operationally to the SAP Support sub team - Team Lead, who coordinates day-to-day activities, ensures alignment with SAP teams goals, and facilitates team cohesion.\nKey responsibilities and activities include, but is not limited to:\n· Ensure SAP CO solutions follow Group standards\n· Act as subject matter expert in CO\n· Deliver support under SLA\n· Translate business requirements into SAP solutions\n· Maintain standardized data structures across OPCOs\n· Ensure proper documentation and compliance\n· Collaborate with cross-functional teams\nCore Functional Scope\n· Cost center accounting\n· Internal orders\n· Product costing (CO-PC)\n· Profitability analysis (CO-PA)\n· Cost Element Accounting and Overhead Allocation\n· Planning, Budgeting, allocations, assessments & settlements.\n· Month-end & year-end Closing.\nPersonal qualities: \nDealing with Change/ Flexibility (adapting to new situations and frameworks easily)\nDiplomacy (stakeholder management)\nTime Management/ Planning (commitment)\nCollaboration (team player, good discipline) / Teamwork\nAbility to understand the root cause of complex problems to solve, research and propose solution / alternatives / workaround for final decision\nRequired Skills & Experience \nSkills & Experience - Essential\n· Bachelor's degree\n· 3-5 years SAP CO experience\n· Strong CO configuration knowledge\n· Good communication and documentation skills\n· Fluent English\nSkills & Experience - Desirable\nGood communication and people skills - experience dealing with users from various nationalities\nExperience working with international and remote team providing operational support and delivering projects\nExperience with Agile methodologies is a plus\nIndustry experience in Sales department will be added advantage.\nROCKWOOL Group Values\nAmbition\nWe strive relentlessly for success\nIt all starts with ambition.
