In alignment with this agenda, the organization is initiating the replacement of its existing ERP system with a modern solution. To ensure uninterrupted business operations during the transition, ROCKWOOL is establishing a dedicated support sub-team focused on maintaining the stability and performance of the legacy ERP platform.\nThe Finance Consultant has the responsibility to ensure that changes to former implementations are carried out in such a way that maximum synergy savings and benefits for the Group and, if possible, as well for OPCOs are obtained in the implementation projects and in the subsequent use of the installed systems.\nThe Finance Consultant ensures through cooperation with the other consultants that all support of RockBis Group is done in only one way with a common data structure and common data definitions.\nThe Finance Consultant has the responsibility to become / stay the SAP FI-expert in the finance area, by attending following the developments in the system and the market.\nThe Finance Consultant keeps his line manager informed about status, plans and possible problems and proposals for improvements in connection with all planned and started support cases and projects.\nThe Finance Consultant t is responsible for the quality and the efficiency of the consulting work being performed and that it is performed in accordance with project assistance agreements. The Finance Consultant has the authority required to complete agreed support tasks, projects and responsibilities.\nThe Finance Consultant works in accordance with the general procedures, policies and guidelines for the Rockwool Group, with special attention to the RockBis Policies, Informatics Guideline, Data Security Guideline, Principles of Leadership and the Project Management Guideline.\nAt Rockwool, we are committed to fostering long-term, stable employment relationships. We seek candidates who value professional growth and are looking to build a lasting career within our organization.\nReporting Structure\nThe Finance Consultant reports functionally to one Functional Manager (Product Managers or Functional Team Lead) who oversees domain-specific development, skill growth, and cooperates in relation to the performance evaluation.\nThe Finance Consultant reports operationally to the SAP Support sub team - Team Lead, who coordinates day-to-day activities, ensures alignment with SAP teams goals, and facilitates team cohesion.\nKey responsibilities and activities include, but is not limited to: \nWork on translated business requirements (technical specification) by the Functional Lead or autonomous build technical specification to be approved by Functional Lead and transfer into SAP FI solutions\nPrioritize all the assigned tasks and compete accordingly\nSecure all support tasks assigned will be delivered under agreed SLA and in high level quality\nAssist Digital and OPCO’s in configuration of the system according to Group goals\nAssist in ensuring that modifications to finance configuration will not be made without Management/Solution Architect approval\nAssist in ensuring that possible required add-on solutions will be useful for other OPCOs having similar needs\nSecure communication between himself and the Rockwool Functional Lead\nSecure communication between himself and the line manager\nEnsure that all configuration is documented according to the guidelines\nAssist in secure that all new processes/functions are coordinated within the OPCO’s already running in the system\nMust have strong technical documentation skills.\nCollaborate with representatives from other IT areas, customers/suppliers.\nMust be able to interact well with multiple priorities in an extremely dynamic environment, initiating necessary tasks and ensuring complete follow-up.\nProactively clarify work instructions or analyse issues.\nSupport the ROCKWOOL DIGITAL Strategy of delivering Value-Added IT solutions to the Business.\nWork with other Functional Leads, Solution Architects and other Consultants to deliver new functionality that improves business efficiencies and productivity while being in alignment with the group’s architecture.\nProvide functional guidance to ensure IT solution integrity and maintain documentation updated (technical specifications)\nPromote and maintain a flexible, cooperative, team oriented, customer-focused attitude within and between departments.\nCommunication & Working Relationships\nWorking in an international environment\nBeing able to relate with technical and business stakeholders\nProficient in written and spoken English\nActive listening\nAdaptability\nPersonal qualities: \nBe self-motivated, driven and enthusiastic, open mind, and positive can-do attitude with a genuine professional passion\nBe a proven self-starter, eager to learn fast and team player and be able to coordinate with other team members in completing assigned tasks\nBe highly adaptable, strong prioritization and ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines\nBe proactive and entrepreneurial in their approach\nContinually update own knowledge and keep up with trends\nBe able to take full responsibility and work together with the rest of the team\nBe able to cooperate with people at all levels and across countries and cultures\nBe a dynamic individual who can unite technical specialists and business users with their knowledge and enthusiasm\nInitiative and ability to work with minimum supervision\nDemonstrates flexibility in working hours and a willingness to align with European time zones when required\nRequired Skills & Experience \nSkills & Experience - Essential\nTechnical bachelor’s degree\n In-Depth knowledge of SAP Finance\nMinimum 4-6 years of full-time working and Proven Hand on experience in SAP Finance\nGood understanding and analysis skills of business processes:\nOrder to Cash\nProcure to pay\nFinancial and costing\n Experience with JIRA, Xurrent or some comparable tool\nFluently communicating in English (verbally and writing) is a must as well as good presentation and documentation skills.\nSkills & Experience - Desirable\nGlobal implementation and shared services experience\n Excellent in interacting with business and IT teams in the Europe, Asia and North America\nExperience with SAP Controlling is a preferred plus \nROCKWOOL Group Values\nAmbition\nWe strive relentlessly for success\nIt all starts with ambition.
