To ensure uninterrupted business operations during the transition, ROCKWOOL is establishing a dedicated support sub-team focused on maintaining the stability and performance of the legacy ERP platform.\nThe Senior Quality Consultant is responsible for guiding and driving the quality management strategy, ensuring that changes to implementations maximize synergy, savings, and benefits for the Group and OPCOs.\n\nThis role leads by example, mentoring and coaching junior consultants, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.\n\nThe Senior Quality Consultant ensures, through collaboration with other consultants, that all support of RockBis Group is delivered consistently, with common data structures and definitions.\n\nActs as the SAP QM-expert, staying ahead of developments in the system and market, and proactively recommending improvements and innovations.\n\nKeeps the line manager and stakeholders informed about status, plans, risks, and proposals for improvements in all support cases and projects.\n\nResponsible for the quality and efficiency of consulting work, ensuring alignment with project assistance agreements and organizational objectives.\n\nHe has the authority to lead and complete agreed support tasks, projects, and responsibilities, and to drive cross-functional initiatives.\n\nWorks in accordance with the general procedures, policies, and guidelines for the Rockwool Group, with special attention to the RockBis Policies, Informatics Guideline, Data Security Guideline, Principles of Leadership, and the Project Management Guideline.\n\nAt Rockwool, we are committed to fostering long-term, stable employment relationships. We seek candidates who value professional growth, leadership, and are looking to build a lasting career within our organization.\n\nReporting Structure\n\nTeam Members:\nThe Senior Quality Consultant reports functionally to a Functional Manager (Product Managers or Functional Team Lead) who oversees domain-specific development, skill growth, and performance evaluation.\n\nReports operationally to the SAP Support sub team - Team Lead, coordinating day-to-day activities, ensuring alignment with SAP teams goals, and facilitating team cohesion.\n\nProvides mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and cross-functional teams.cohesion.\n\nKey responsibilities and activities include, but is not limited to: \n\nGuide and drive the translation of business requirements (technical specification) into SAP QM solutions, ensuring best practices and strategic alignment.\n\nLead prioritization of assigned tasks and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.\n\nOversee and ensure all support tasks are delivered under agreed SLA and at a high level of quality.\n\nDrive the configuration and optimization of the SAP QM system according to Group goals.\n\nEnsure that modifications to quality management configuration are reviewed and approved by management/Solution Architect.\n\nIdentify, propose, and lead the implementation of add-on solutions beneficial for multiple OPCOs.\n\nFoster clear and proactive communication with Functional Leads, line managers, and stakeholders.\n\nEnsure all configuration and process documentation is maintained and up to date.\n\nCoordinate and drive the rollout of new processes/functions across OPCOs.\n\nProvide strong technical documentation and ensure knowledge transfer within the team.\n\nCollaborate with representatives from other IT areas, customers, and suppliers to drive development feasibility and innovation.\n\nManage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, initiating necessary tasks and ensuring complete follow-up.\n\nProactively clarify work instructions, analyze issues, and drive resolution.\n\nChampion the ROCKWOOL DIGITAL Strategy of delivering Value-Added IT solutions to the Business.\n\nLead cross-functional teams to deliver new functionality that improves business efficiencies and productivity while aligning with the group’s architecture.\n\nProvide functional guidance to ensure IT solution integrity and maintain updated documentation (technical specifications).\n\nPromote and maintain a flexible, cooperative, team-oriented, customer-focused attitude within and between departments.\n\nMentor, coach, and develop junior consultants and team members.\n\nCommunication & Working Relationships\nWorking in an international environment\n\nBeing able to relate with technical and business stakeholders\n\nProficient in written and spoken English\n\nActive listening\n\nAdaptability\n\nPersonal qualities: \n\nDemonstrated leadership, with a proactive and strategic mindset.\n\nSelf-motivated, driven, and enthusiastic, with a positive can-do attitude and a genuine professional passion.\n\nProven self-starter, eager to learn and share knowledge, and able to coordinate and inspire team members.\n\nHighly adaptable, with strong prioritization and the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.\n\nEntrepreneurial and innovative approach.\n\nCommitted to continuous learning and keeping up with trends.\n\nAble to take full responsibility and work collaboratively with the team.\n\nAble to cooperate with people at all levels and across countries and cultures.\n\nDynamic individual who can unite technical specialists and business users with their knowledge and enthusiasm.\n\nInitiative and ability to work with minimum supervision.\n\nDemonstrates flexibility in working hours and a willingness to align with European time zones when required.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience \nSkills & Experience - Essential\nTechnical bachelor’s degree\nIn-depth knowledge of SAP Quality Management (QM)\nMinimum years 4 + of full-time working and proven hands-on experience in SAP QM\nStrong understanding and analysis skills of business processes: Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Control, Audit Management, Nonconformance Management\nDemonstrated experience in guiding, mentoring, and developing teams\nFluently communicating in English (verbally and writing) is a must as well as excellent presentation and documentation skills\nSkills & Experience - Desirable\nExcellent in interacting with business and IT teams in Europe, Asia, and North America\n\nGlobal implementation and shared services experience\n\n·Experience with JIRA, Xurrent, or some comparable tool\nExperience with integration to other SAP modules (MM, PP, PM, SD)\n\nExperience in driving process improvement and change management\n\nROCKWOOL Group Values\nAmbition\nWe strive relentlessly for success\nIt all starts with ambition.
