We take pride in our strong team spirit, sense of humor, and ever-improving billiard skills.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSupport multiple teams through an architectural shift in our web development landscape.\nHelp define and implement Agile standards as part of the Agile Center of Excellence.\nDrive Agile practices in Project Development\nFacilitate Scrum ceremonies and foster continuous improvement.\nRemove impediments and shield teams from distractions.\nCoach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices.\nSupport the delivery of high-quality, scalable digital solutions.\nWhat You Bring\nA deep understanding of the Agile mindset and Scrum framework.\nFamiliarity with other Agile methods like Kanban and XP.\nExperience with scaling Scrum.\nProficiency in project management methodologies.\nKnowledge of Agile engineering practices: CI, unit testing, TDD, code reviews.\nAt least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development.\nExcellent communication skills in both English and Polish.\nAdaptability, initiative, and a positive, can-do attitude.\nA collaborative spirit and a drive to help others grow.\n(Bonus) Scrum certification.\nWhat we offer\nBy joining our team, you become a part of the people-centric work environment of a Danish company.
