You will work closely with Project Managers, site-based planners, contractors and other stakeholders across the organisation.\nYou will report to the Project Support Department Manager within Group Operations & Technology, Project Execution.\n\nWhat you will be doing\nAs Senior Project Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring effective planning and execution of ROCKWOOL's large and mega CAPEX projects. You will act as the central point of contact for all planning-related activities, providing professional guidance and support to Project Managers and other key stakeholders.\nYou will challenge project plans, drive a structured approach to planning and ensure that potential risks, delays and cost impacts are identified early. Through close collaboration with project teams, you will help establish a strong planning culture and ensure transparency and progress throughout the project lifecycle.\nMore specifically, your key responsibilities will include:\nSupporting Project Managers in developing, maintaining and monitoring project schedules, identifying potential risks, delays and cost impacts at an early stage.\nChallenging project plans and ensuring that schedules, assumptions and project structures are realistic and aligned with project objectives.\nDriving a strong planning culture across project teams, promoting consistency, transparency and good data discipline.\nActing as the key point of contact for site-based planners and contractors, ensuring alignment and coordination across project interfaces.\nGuiding and supporting Project Managers in using our newly implemented project management tool based on Planisware.\nConducting ad-hoc analyses and providing planning insights to support informed project decisions.\nThe position involves approximately 30-50 days of annual travel, primarily to project sites and stakeholders across Europe and the US.\n\nWhat you bring\nWe imagine that you have a solid background in project planning and a strong understanding of project execution within complex project environments.\nFurthermore, we expect you to bring:\nAt least 5 years of experience as a Project Planner or Project Manager, preferably within construction, renewable energy, industrial projects or similar industries.\nExperience developing and maintaining complex project schedules, establishing logical project structures and ensuring effective planning processes.\nA structured and analytical mindset, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to identify dependencies, risks and potential deviations.\nA proactive approach to project controls, understanding their importance in supporting project teams, maintaining transparency and ensuring on-time delivery.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt your communication to different audiences and translate complex planning information into clear, actionable insights.\nReady to apply?\nIf you find this position interesting, please do not hesitate to submit your application and CV in English.\nWho we are\nAt ROCKWOOL, everything we do is based on releasing the natural power of stone to enrich modern living.
