You will join them as hands-on support for the current leadership development projects/programme, working 3 days a week (15 hours in total) from our office in Hedehusene and assistance on overseas projects - some travelling to our factories is expected to support delivering high standard training around Europe.\nWhat you will be doing:\nWe are looking for a highly organized, detail oriented and proactive individual to join our team as Student Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of leadership programme for the factories, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and assisting with the development processes and of training materials. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.\nWhat you will be doing:\nSupport the Global Ropex Academy Manager on various administrative tasks related to Managing the ROCKWOOL leadership academy & programs (take part on meetings and on-site training sessions).\nAdaptability is key in this role, as the student assistant must navigate changes during sessions and remain flexible while upholding high standards of excellence.\nSupport continuous improvements to training materials and the SharePoint website design.\nRefine presentation materials to ensure alignment with session objectives.\nAssist in scheduling and coordinating practicums or training sessions, handling planning and logistics efficiently.\nMaintain regular communication with program instructors, providing necessary follow-ups and updates.\nCollaborate with content experts and team members to develop effective training programs that meet learning objectives.\nWhat you bring:\nYou are currently conducting your studies, within business, engineering, IT-, or technical-related field. Most importantly, your interest lies within Business & project management, People development, and communication skills.\nFurther, it is key that you\nare in the last year of your Bachelor's degree or first year of your Master's degree.\nare fluent in English, both written and spoken, is essential.\nCollaborative Skills: Ability to work well with others, including content experts, instructors, and other team members, to ensure the training programme is comprehensive and meets learning objectives.\nTechnical Proficiency: Familiarity with presentation software, and other digital tools used to create and distribute training materials. and you have exceptionally good experience with Excel.\nCommunication Skills: Ability to effectively convey information both verbally and in writing, as well as listen and respond to feedback from various stakeholders.
