Your base salary is determined based on location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions.\nYour future team:\nYou will become part of the production team managing a team of 15-30 people and reporting to the Production Manager.\nWhat you will be doing:\nEnsure the manufacturing of quality product as efficient as possible, in accordance with the production plan and schedule.\nParticipate in the daily schedule planning call and ensure all relevant information is passed on during shift change.\nEnsure Environmental compliance by completing the daily Environmental checklists as required.\nManage the workforce within the context of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.\nConduct performance reviews quarterly as required.\nEnsuring that health and safety regulations are always followed.\nCollaborating with other supervisors and staff to optimize productivity and efficiency.\nPreparing and presenting production reports to upper management.\nIdentifying and resolving any issues that could cause production delays.\nOverseeing the maintenance, repair, and replacement of production equipment to ensure minimal downtime.\nEnsure Tier 1 and Tier 2 meetings are attended on time providing accurate and up to date information to drive the business forward.\nEnsuring the continuous flow of raw materials, accurately accounting for finished goods, and posting all transactions in SAP in timely manner.\nWhat you bring:\n2 to 5 years production supervisor experience, preferably in a manufacturing plant.\nMechanical / Engineering background.\nGood people development and training skills.\nStrong experience with MS Office products, such as Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, and SAP.\nWhat we offer:\nAt ROCKWOOL, our culture is one of teamwork, respect, and support.
