Our mission is to give our talent the freedom, resources, and environment they need to produce high-quality work and thrive in a stimulating, collaborative, and supportive setting.\nTo support close collaboration, strong team connections, and the creative energy of our studio, all Bengaluru roles are expected to work from the studio five days per week. This on-site presence helps foster effective communication, faster decision-making, knowledge sharing, and a consistent studio culture across teams.\n The HR Coordinator supports the Human Resources department with day-to-day administrative management. They manage employee records, oversee personnel movements, and contribute to various HR projects. Acting as the primary contact for functional support of the HRIS, they ensure the quality and accuracy of HR data, aligning it with operational needs.\nThe role also includes supporting training activities, managing learning databases, and creating development plans. As an HR ambassador, the HR Coordinator fosters a positive work environment, promotes the company’s values, and provides exemplary service to employees and managers.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAdministrative Tasks:\nMaintain up-to-date employee files: prepare letters, contracts, amendments, follow-ups, and file documents.\nUpdate HR systems to reflect team changes and ensure effective communication with payroll.\nManage personnel movements in the HRIS, ensuring data quality and conducting regular audits.\nContribute to documenting procedures and work methods as needed.\nHR Support:\nProvide administrative support to the HR team, including meeting planning, report production, and data analysis.\nMonitor temporary contracts and coordinate renewals when necessary.\nRespond promptly to employee and manager inquiries regarding policies, processes, and other requests (e.g., reference letters).\nTraining and Development:\nCoordinate training activities: liaise with trainers, manage registrations, and handle administrative follow-ups (attendance, evaluations, payments).\nAssist in producing training reports, including annual reports\nParticipate in the development of course plans and career development strategies.\nOnboarding and Integration:\nOrganize the onboarding and integration process for new employees, including introductory sessions and follow-up meetings.\nManage exit interviews and contribute to improving integration and retention processes.\nSpecial Projects and OHS:\nParticipate in HR projects such as implementing new policies, processes, or programs.\nSupport workplace health and safety initiatives, including awareness campaigns and prevention activities.\n 3 years in a similar role.\nDegree in Human Resources,or a related field.\nFamiliarity with India labor laws.\nExperience with HRIS (an asset).\nStrong knowledge of Google Suite.\nDiscretion, sound judgment, and commitment to confidentiality.\nExcellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and adaptability to a dynamic environment.\nProactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful.\n Diversity, Equity and Inclusion\nAt Rodeo FX, diversity is a core value.
