She is responsible for maintaining schedules, budgets, and the quality of deliverables to achieve the objectives defined by production. She will work closely with the Line Producer, Production Coordinators, and Departments Supervisors to keep everything on track and to manage any changes in the planning.\nResponsabilities\nMaintain the overall production schedule and manage departmental quotas. \nMake recommendations for improvements to production workflows, particularly with-respect-to scheduling, flow of information, and resource management.\nSend weekly reports to the Line Producer with production updates.\nWorks closely with their Production Coordinators and Departments Supervisors.\nManage the day to day of a team of Artists along side their Coordinator(s).\nRepresenting their departments in all communication with the client for all production related needs and deliveries.\n More than 3 years of experience as production manager or production coordinator\nExperience in the production of 3D animation or VFX\nIn-depth knowledge of production and animation/VFX workflows\nProficiency in the Google suite, especially with Sheets\nGood knowledge of Shotgrid - Flow software or similar is required\nBilingual\n The person in this role will work closely with our Paris studio in a bilingual environment, as well as with international partners, talent, and clients.
