As Roe grows, you'll help shape where your career goes next.\nWhat you'll do\nBuild outbound pipeline across banks, fintechs, and marketplaces\nResearch accounts and map buyers across fraud, AML/BSA, compliance, and risk\nRun outreach through email, LinkedIn, and phone\nLead first calls, qualify opportunities, and hand them off with clear context\nHelp build our messaging, sequences, tooling, and reporting\nTravel to industry conferences to represent Roe and meet prospects\nWhat we're looking for\nExperience winning people over, whether in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or elsewhere. One to three years of SDR/BDR experience is welcome, but not required\nA competitive streak. Experience in sports, Model UN, debate, or other competitive pursuits is a plus\nClear writing and strong communication skills\nWillingness to speak with senior leaders and learn a technical product\nInitiative and comfort working without a detailed playbook\nReal interest in AI and eagerness to use it\nNo college degree required.
