As a trusted partner to leading pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies around the world, we develop customized products and solutions that help advance patient care and save lives.\nYour role\nCoordinates the preparation of production and engineering job documentation, component allocations and ERP transactions for the Cleanroom Department while adhering to clean room processes and procedures along with Safety and Quality manufacturing requirements.\nEssential Duties/Responsibilities:\nCollaborates with Team Leads, Supervisors and Management to understand departmental needs.\nSupports Engineering and Project Management for development and production orders.\nCoordinates with the warehouse to support customer orders and shipments.\nCoordinates with Receiving Inspection to support customer orders.\nPerforms labor and work order transactions using ERP System\nUtilizes the ERP System to produce production job packets for all Cleanroom functions.\nPerforms material allocations (“kitting”) required for clean room based on production and development schedule.\nUtiliize and execute jobs based ERP scheduling system.\nCollaborates with other departments to identify sub-components needed to support manufacturing requirements.\nMaintain detailed records as described in SOPs and other job specific procedures.\nAdheres to GMP and supports documents to include in the Device History Records.\nRequired Skills/Abilities:\nPrior experience in a manufacturing environment, cleanroom preferred.\nPrior Plastics Injection Molding experience preferred.\nKnowledge or ERP system required.\nStrong written and oral communication skills.\nAbility to work in a team environment.\nStrong attention to detail.\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nExperience in medical device industry or other highly regulated industry preferred.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to stand for long periods of time.\nAbility to lift weight of 30 lbs.\nAbility to perform work wearing cleanroom attire including gloves and face mask. \nWork Environment:\nManufacturing environment requiring appropriate PPE.\nManufacturing in ISO Class 8 cleanrooms requiring proper PPE including gloves and face mask.\nExposure to typical noise level in the work environment that may require hearing protection.\nSitting, standing and/or walking for up to eight hours per day\nYour benefits\nHealth Management: Your health and well-being are important to us.
