As a trusted partner to leading pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies around the world, we develop customized products and solutions that help advance patient care and save lives.\nYour role\nKey Responsibilities\nTroubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices\nRespond to help desk tickets and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner\nConfigure, deploy, and maintain desktop and laptop systems, including hardware and software installations and upgrades\nSupport business applications including Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Microsoft Business Central, and other manufacturing-related systems\nAssist with onboarding of new employees, including device setup, system access, and basic training\nProvide one-on-one support and training to end-users on hardware and software usage\nDevelop and maintain user documentation such as training materials, FAQs, and procedural guides\nSupport telecommunications systems, including office phones, voicemail, and mobile devices\nAssist with testing, deployment, and support of printers and other peripheral devices\nProactively identify recurring technical issues and implement solutions to improve system reliability and user experience\nStay current with desktop and LAN technologies through ongoing learning and professional development\nPerform other duties as assigned\nRequired Qualifications\n2+ years of experience in desktop support, help desk, or IT support roles\nExperience supporting Windows 10/11 environments and Microsoft 365 applications\nStrong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic networking\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to varying deadlines\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support users of varying technical skill levels\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Windows Server environments\nExperience supporting printers and peripheral devices\nExperience in a manufacturing or industrial IT environment\nRelevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+)\nWork Environment\nPrimarily on-site role supporting office and operational users\nOccasional need to support users in production or manufacturing environments\nYour benefits\nHealth Management: Your health and well-being are important to us.
