In other words, you share our corporate values-passion, work ethic, teamwork, integrity, and ownership mindset.\nJob Summary\nThe Human Resources Coordinator provides operational support across Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, including interview scheduling, job requisition auditing, onboarding coordination, and HR data management. This role is instrumental in delivering a positive candidate and new hire experience while maintaining accurate records and supporting the effective execution of HR processes.\nResponsibilities\nCoordinate new employee preparation, including coordination with Roers support teams, scheduling of new employees, setting up work stations, ordering Roers swag, etc. \nAudit job requisitions through the applicant tracking system (Paylocity). \nSchedule onsite/virtual interviews ensuring a world class candidate experience and coordinate with executive admins on leadership schedules for quick and efficient executive interviews.\nMaintain a high level of data integrity within Paylocity for accurate reporting.\nComplete onboarding process including creation of new employee documents and entering information in the HRIS system .\nConduct I-9 verifications for new hires via eVerify.\nServe as a main contact for new hires and ensure a great new hire experience.\nSupport the drafting, editing, and publishing of internal HR communications, including intranet posts, announcements, and emails.\nIdentify process efficiencies, automations or enhancements within assigned duties.\nServe in a support capacity for new hire orientation .\nManage background check and drug testing processes.\nProvide general/administrative support to the Human Resources team, assist with department initiatives, and other duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nExperience:\n0-1+ years of Human Resources or related experience in a professional services environment \nPrevious experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Human Resource Information System (HRIS) preferred \nCompetencies:\nExceptional communication skills and ability to interact with wide range of people.\nStrong drive and the ability to self-motivate in the face of multiple priorities while managing time efficiently. \nHigh integrity - trusted, direct, truthful.
