Our team thrives on purpose-filled work, an entrepreneurial spirit, and unlimited growth potential.\nResponsibilities\nGeneral maintenance of multifamily apartment buildings, including occupied apartment units.\nSupervise future maintenance technicians.\nRepairs in electrical, plumbing and appliances.\nParticipation in cleaning and painting during unit turns.\nSnow removal\nRegular, professional, and courteous communications with Property Managers, Maintenance Managers, and Residents.\nOn-call rotation; responds to emergency calls after hours and on weekends.\nOther duties as assigned\nRequirements\nRequirements\nHigh School Diploma or GED\n2+ year’s property maintenance experience (apartment maintenance experience preferred).\n2+ years of customer service experience preferred. \nProvide own hand tools such as screw drivers, wrenches, pliers, drill, hammer, hacksaw, sockets, level, bits, tape measure, utility knife, flashlight and Allen wrench set.\nExperience supervising maintenance staff preferred.\nLocal market experience preferred.\nAbility to work independently.\nStrong attention to detail.\nAbility to work weekend and evening on-call schedule in addition to regular Monday - Friday schedule.\nStrong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.\nExceptional communication skills and ability to interact with wide range of people.\nMust be organized, detail oriented and have good time management skills.\nAbility to work a flexible schedule, understanding that your scheduled workdays may vary according to staffing and property needs.\nEntrepreneurial mindset - loves to be challenged, determined to win, puts clients and teammates first, collaborative, inquisitive, self-motivated, and operates on trust (not fear).\nHigh integrity - trusted, direct, truthful.
