The ideal candidate brings deep project management expertise, a strong understanding of healthcare IT, and experience in behavioral health or mental health service environments.\nJob Duties & Responsibilities:\nLead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple IT projects, including EHR implementations/upgrades, infrastructure enhancements, data integrations, and cybersecurity initiatives.\n\nServe as the primary liaison between IT, clinical teams, executive leadership, vendors, and other stakeholders.\n\nDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals.\n\nDevelop detailed project plans, resource plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.\n\nEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, HITECH, and behavioral health data standards.\n\nTrack and report project status, issues, and performance metrics to leadership and stakeholders.\n\nManage vendor relationships, contracts, and third-party services to ensure project deliverables meet requirements and SLAs.\n\nFacilitate user training, change management, and system adoption efforts across clinical and administrative departments.\n\nMentor and support junior project managers and other IT team members.\n\nParticipate in strategic planning and help assess future technology initiatives and needs.\n\nContinuously evaluate processes and suggest improvements to project management methodologies and IT service delivery.\n\nAdditional Job Description:\nPhysical/MentalDemands:\nPosition requires walking, sitting, and standing. Lifting is moderate; must be capable of lifting a minimum of forty (40) pounds. Reaching, handling, grasping and manual dexterity are necessary to operate various equipment.\n\nVerbal and hearing ability are required to interact with staff, consultants, patients, and family members of patients. Numerical ability is required to maintain records and operate a computer.\n\nTact is required to interact effectively with employees and professional staff. Logical thinking and discretion required to make decisions in initiating and implementing policies, procedures,and standards.\n\nMust be able to read and communicate through written, verbal, and auditory skills and abilities.\n\nMust be physically/mentally able to perform job duties as verified by a physical exam by a licensed physician, per post-employment physical.\n\nQualificationsRequirements:\n2+ years of experience in IT project management (or similar), preferably in health care, mental health, or social services environments.\n\nProven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.\n\nKnowledge of healthcare IT systems, including EHRs (e.g., Cerner, Epic, Netsmart, Credible, or similar behavioral health platforms).\n\nDemonstrated understanding of regulatory compliance (HIPAA, HITECH) and privacy/security requirements in healthcare.\n\nExperience managing vendors, contracts, and multidisciplinary teams.\n\nExceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nExperience in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, ServiceNow, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana).\n\nPMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant certifications preferred.\n\nEducation/TrainingRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field\n\nProject
