mind-set, join a winning team so that we can\nevolve together.\n\nQualifications &\nExperience \n\n• Diploma or bachelor’s\ndegree in computer science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a\nrelated field\n\n• 0–2 years of experience\nin network operations, provisioning, or troubleshooting (internships and\nacademic labs count)\n\n• Solid understanding of\nTCP/IP, routing, and switching fundamentals\n\n• Basic familiarity with\nMPLS, VLANs, and WAN/circuit technologies\n\n• Comfortable running\nstructured troubleshooting (isolating faults across L1–L3, interpreting logs\nand counters)\n\n• Strong attention to\ndetail, especially during circuit turn-up and acceptance testing\n\n• Good verbal and written\ncommunication skills for coordinating turn-ups and customer-facing RFO/RCA\ndocumentation\n\n• CCNA (Cisco Certified\nNetwork Associate) or equivalent certification (in progress or completed)\n\n• Exposure to Cisco\nrouting/switching platforms\n\n• Familiarity with\nfirewall/security platforms\n\n• Basic\nscripting/automation skills (Python)\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n• Troubleshoot and resolve\nissues across MPLS L2/L3, Internet, and IP Transit services, escalating complex cases to senior engineers\n\n• Provision and turn up new\ncustomer circuits — configuration, testing, and validation end-to-end\n\n• Perform circuit\nacceptance testing (throughput, latency, loss) and confirm service is delivered\nto spec before handover\n\n• Coordinate with NOC,\nfield/last-mile teams, and customers during circuit installation and fault\nresolution\n\n• Contribute to Root Cause\nAnalysis (RCA) and Reason for Outage (RFO) documentation for customer-impacting\nincidents\n\n• Update network\ndocumentation, diagrams, and inventory \nto reflect newly provisioned circuits and changes\n\n• Support configuration and\nbasic administration of network and security devices\n\n• Follow change management\nand compliance procedures for all provisioning and troubleshooting
