If you are interested in being a part of this, consider applying for the following opportunity:\nWho we're looking for:\nWe’re looking for a hands-on Data Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and reusable data solutions.\nThis role sits within the Data & AI team and is focused on end-to-end data architecture - from requirements and design through to implementation. You’ll work closely with business partners, engineers, and platform teams to shape practical, production-ready solutions across data, integration, and analytics environments.\nWhat you’ll do:\nDesign Data Solutions\nAnalyze requirements and assess new data solution needs\nDesign end-to-end solutions spanning data logic, technology, and ETL architecture\nContribute to High-Level Design (HLD) and Detailed Design Documents (DDD), ensuring consistency across design stages\nApply architectural standards, patterns, and best practices to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and reusable\nSupport Delivery and Implementation\nProvide architectural guidance to project teams during implementation\nWork closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are delivered as intended\nContribute across the lifecycle, from initial design through to production readiness\nDevelop Data Architecture\nContribute to data modeling, design, and implementation across metadata management, operational data stores, and ETL environments\nDesign conceptual, logical, and physical data models with a focus on reusability and interoperability\nValidate physical data models and support quality assurance processes to ensure performance and efficiency\nEnable Data Consumption & Integration\nDesign data consumption patterns that support business needs and enable data reuse\nCollaborate with security teams to align solutions with enterprise standards\nSupport data integration across systems and business domains\nCollaborate Across Teams\nWork with business partners, system architects, data engineers, database administrators, and analytics teams to define requirements and solution approaches\nPartner with enterprise data architects to align with broader data strategy\nCollaborate with governance, data quality, and stewardship teams to support data availability and effective use\nAssess and Improve Solutions\nReview existing data architectures to identify improvement opportunities\nContribute to strategies to enhance performance, scalability, and alignment with business needs\nPerform impact assessment through lineage, object dependencies and usage\nSupport communication of recommendations to stakeholders\nExplore Emerging Technologies\nStay current on data technologies, modeling approaches, and platform capabilities\nContribute to evaluating and adopting new tools and patterns where appropriate\nWhat you bring\nWe recognize strong candidates come from different paths. You might be a great fit if you have:\nUniversity degree in computer science, information technology, data management or equivalent\nExperience designing and delivering data and analytics solutions\nStrong understanding of data structures, data platforms, and database management systems\nExperience with ETL technologies and data integration approaches\nProficiency working across traditional, big data, and cloud platforms\nHands-on experience with SQL, at least one programming language, and modern data platforms\nExperience working in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure - including ADF, Databricks, Snowflake, Event Hubs, Storage, Key Vault, Fabric, or similar)\nExperience migrating data from on-premises to cloud environments\nA practical, hands-on mindset with the ability to contribute to both design and implementation\nNice to have:\nExperience working with unstructured and semi-structured data\nExperience with streaming platforms such as Kafka\nCloud architecture certifications (e.g. AWS or Azure)\nExperience in the telecommunications industry\nStrong attention to detail balanced with a pragmatic approach to delivery\nEffective communication and stakeholder engagement skills\nExperience supporting or mentoring peers on technical design and implementation\nA problem-solving mindset grounded in real-world delivery \nInterest and/or experience in AI/ML or AI-enabled data use cases\nExposure to broader solution architecture\nHow We Work\nWe design practical, production-ready data solutions\nWe expect architects to stay close to the build\nWe balance strong design with delivery realities\nWe collaborate across teams to move solutions forward\nA Note on Applying\nWe know many people may hesitate to apply unless they meet every requirement.
