This role combines recurring reporting responsibilities with investigative and ad hoc analytics to identify fraud trends, emerging risks, and opportunities to improve business outcomes.\nWhat you'll do:\nAnalyze fraud trends, loss drivers, operational performance, and customer behavior.\nConduct ad hoc investigations and analytical deep dives to identify emerging fraud risks.\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance fraud dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting.\nProduce recurring operational and performance reporting.\nMonitor fraud detection strategies and identify optimization opportunities.\nTranslate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.\nPartner with stakeholders across Fraud Operations, Risk, Finance, Product, Technology, and external vendors.\nWhat you bring:\nRequired\n2+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, fraud, risk, or a related field.\nStrong SQL and Excel skills.\nExperience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nExperience working with large datasets and delivering business insights.\nPreferred\nPython and/or Databricks experience.\nReporting automation and process improvement experience.\nFraud analytics or risk management experience.\nExposure to predictive analytics, machine learning, or advanced analytical techniques.\nKey Competencies\nAnalytical thinking and critical problem-solving\nInvestigative mindset and intellectual curiosity\nStrong stakeholder communication skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nContinuous learning and process improvement mindset\nAdditional Information\nFraud experience is considered an asset; however, candidates with strong analytical backgrounds in risk, telecommunications, banking, e-commerce, cybersecurity, or business intelligence are encouraged to apply.\nWe are seeking a strong analytical talent rather than a fraud subject matter expert.
