Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Reporting & Analytics, the successful candidate will leverage strong technical, analytical, and communication skills to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of hardware reporting.\nWorking closely with Finance, IT, Equipment, Marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders, the Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Wireless Hardware database, supporting month-end and financial reporting processes, and driving hardware reporting solutions for strategic business initiatives. The successful candidate will also need to develop a deep understanding of hardware data architecture, process flows, reference tables, and IFRS impacts, while leading continuous improvements for hardware portfolio.\nWhat you’ll do:\nMaintain the wireless hardware database acting as a liaison between the business and IT to ensure consistent reporting\nEvaluate and develop recommendations for improvements needed related to database and overall reporting processes\nEstablish clear and direct links between the hardware database and IFRS\nInfluence and drive decisions that support department and organization objectives\nRepresent BI and the hardware database in cross-functional meetings\nEnhance processes that improve overall quality and efficiency\nWhat you bring:\nUndergraduate University Degree\n5+ years of experience in a progressive Business Analytics/Financial Reporting role\nExtensive experience with Power BI, Tableau or other data visualization tools.\nProficiency with SQL and Databricks and ability to write/analyze code for errors.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nStrong interpersonal skills to communicate with peers and directors, as the role is dependent on information provided by cross-functional teams\nExcellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise written reports\nAbility to independently manage and organize multiple work activities in order to meet or exceed established deadlines and priorities.\nWhat's in it for you:\nWe believe in investing in our people and helping them reach their potential as valuable members of our team.
