If you are interested in being a part of this, consider applying for the following opportunity:\nWho we're looking for:\nThe Network Material Buyer is responsible for procuring materials, equipment, and services required to support Network operations. This role ensures products are purchased at the best value while maintaining quality standards, supplier performance, and delivery requirements.\nThis is a full-time temporary position for 12 months.\nWhat you'll do:\nReview purchase requisitions and create purchase orders.\nSource suppliers and obtain competitive quotations.\nMonitor open purchase orders and follow up on late deliveries.\nMaintain strong supplier relationships and resolve supply issues.\nCoordinate with planning, inventory, warehouse, and finance teams.\nAnalyze demand forecasts and inventory levels to determine purchasing requirements.\nTrack supplier performance, lead times, and quality metrics.\nResolve invoice, receiving, and purchase order discrepancies.\nMaintain accurate procurement records and reporting.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives within procurement processes.\nWhat you bring:\nDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, or a related field.\nExperience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.).\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent negotiation and communication skills.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.\nKnowledge of purchasing, inventory management, and supplier management principles.\nPreferred Skills:\nKnowledge of procurement policies and controls.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nAttention to detail and strong organizational skills.\nExperience in telecommunications, manufacturing, or logistics environments.\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nSupplier on-time delivery performance\nPurchase order cycle time\nCost savings and cost avoidance\nInventory availability\nInvoice and PO accuracy\nSupplier quality performance\nTo protect our people, brand and assets, a pre-employment background check will be conducted.
