If you are interested in being a part of this, consider applying for the following opportunity:\nWho We’re Looking For\nWe’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, complex technology environment and can successfully lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from inception through implementation and closure.\nYou bring strong project leadership, financial management and stakeholder engagement skills, along with experience delivering complex Wireless, Wireline, IT, application development and network technology projects.\nReporting to the PMO Manager, Core Program Management Office, you will be accountable for delivering projects and programmes within scope, on schedule and on budget, while meeting expected quality standards and established PMO methodologies.\nYou are a strategic thinker and collaborative leader who can bring together Business, Technology, Network, IT, vendors and senior leadership to drive successful outcomes.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead the successful delivery of large, complex and cross-functional technology projects and programmes, ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality objectives are achieved.\nManage the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, implementation, monitoring, control and closure.\nLead projects involving new services, platform implementations, capacity enhancements, software and hardware upgrades, network optimisation, redundancy enhancements and Network Function Virtualisation (NFV) deployments.\nDefine and govern project scope, objectives, deliverables, dependencies, milestones and in-service targets.\nDevelop detailed project plans to track tasks, dependencies, deliverables, costs and overall progress.\nManage project financial forecasting, cost estimates, budgets and controls to ensure financial objectives are achieved.\nIdentify, monitor and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies while maintaining overall business and operational readiness.\nBuild strong relationships with project sponsors, Business, IT, Network, Development, Quality Assurance and other key stakeholders.\nPartner with Marketing, Communications and Call Centre teams to support channel readiness and successful product and service launches.\nManage third-party vendors to ensure contracted products and services meet agreed requirements, quality standards and timelines.\nCoordinate with release and implementation teams to support successful deployment of network, platform and application changes into production.\nEstablish clear expectations and accountability across project teams and delivery partners.\nCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including Project Charters, Project Plans, Risk Management Plans, Issue and Action Logs and status reports.\nLead regular project status meetings and Steering Committee meetings, providing clear updates to sponsors, project teams and senior leadership.\nCommunicate project scope, schedules, financials, risks and progress effectively to senior and C-level leadership.\nFoster a collaborative, solutions-focused environment that encourages teamwork, innovation and delivery excellence.\nWhat You Bring\nA post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or a related technical discipline.\n7-12 years of project management experience delivering large and complex initiatives, preferably within the telecommunications industry.\nPMP certification is required.\nITIL/ITSM certification is considered an asset.\n Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is considered an asset.\nStrong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).\nExperience delivering advanced technology initiatives involving areas such as:Voice and IMS\nAdvanced Services\nData and IP Networks\nSecurity requirements\nNetwork Function Virtualisation (NFV)\nCloud Computing\nUnified Communications\n\nAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint and BI tools, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and JIRA.\nStrong experience in project financial forecasting, budgeting and cost management.\nExcellent stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing capabilities.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate highly complex project information clearly.\nConfidence presenting scope, cost, schedule, risks and delivery status to senior and C-level executives.\nStrong leadership, organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nDemonstrated troubleshooting and conflict-resolution skills.\nA strategic mindset with the ability to make sound decisions and develop innovative solutions in a rapidly changing environment.\nTo protect our people, brand and assets, a pre-employment background check will be conducted.
