Come build a rewarding career at Rogers and be a driving force behind our success story!\nWho we're looking for:\nWe’re looking for a Senior Category Manager to own end-to-end category strategy for Supply Chain and Wireless Customer Services - spanning: Supply Chain 3PL, couriers, 3PL and storage as well as customer facing device lifecycle services to assist the business in driving revenue targets. You will be responsible for guiding a small team of sourcing professionals to lead strategy, sourcing (RFx), complex contracting (MSA/SOW/SLA), vendor governance, and in-year performance optimization across programs like device trade and protection, asset disposition and supply chain services throughout the business.\nWhat you'll do:\nSet and execute category strategy across supply chain portfolio and into the wireless product team\nLead competitive sourcing (RFx) for programs such as trade, diagnostic and courier rate harmonization\nOwn complex contracting draft/negotiation/closure of MSAs, SOWs, SLAs as required\nManage vendor performance via scorecards/QBRs, corrective actions, and continuous improvement\nLead service transitions and vendor management throughout the flow across both wireless device lifecycle and within the supply chain in tandem with Supply Chain Operations\nEnsure commercial readiness for new and steward approvals via Ivalua/term-sheets.\nPartner cross-functionally (Wireless and Consumer Product, Planning, Tech Ops, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain) to unblock delivery, align for project and revenue targets\nCommunicate to senior leaders with executive summaries, decision memos, and clear program readouts anchored in project realities \nWhat you’ve delivered before (examples we care about)\nLed vendor negotiations with couriers and solid understanding of Canadian transportation \nClosed complex MSA and SOWs with actionable SLA/credit mechanisms and minimum commitments.\nDelivered technology modernization and strategic RFx outcomes \nStood up new programs and/or modernized existing ones to reflect new technology and customer needs\nNegotiated multiple intertwined SOWs across categories with interdependencies to one another\nWhat you bring:\n8+ years in strategic sourcing/category management for telecom, supply chaing or wireless program/services\nDemonstrated command of logistics rates cards and task based 3PL costs\nContracting depth across MSA/SOW/SLA design and negotiation, with change-control, service credits, and performance\nVendor governance expertise: scorecards, QBRs, corrective actions, and capacity planning across a multi-vendor ecosystem\nProgram leadership skills to orchestrate cross-functional teams (Product/Operations/Finance/Legal) under tight timelines and executive visibility\nProficiency with sourcing/contracting systems (e.g., Ivalua) and advanced Excel/PowerPoint for financial modeling and executive storytelling \nNice-to-have\nExperience transitioning major programs and migrations across platforms\nFamiliarity with different technologies that drive efficiencies in delivery network\nBackground in vendor analysis and rate analytics\nWhat’s in it for you?\nWe believe in investing in our people and helping them reach their potential as valuable members of our team.
