Come build a rewarding career at Rogers and be a driving force behind our success story!\nReporting into the Director, Internal Reporting, the Senior Manager plays an important role in driving key stakeholder information within Rogers. This is a 12 month contract position.\nWhat you'll do:\nPreparation, validation and maintenance of monthly reporting packages summarizing companywide results for the CEO, CFO and Executive Leadership Team\nPreparation, validation and maintenance of Working Capital reporting\nReview of standard chart of accounts and report related changes\nProvide guidance and support to assist finance primes with allocation models and rules\nReview of allocations during month end close and assist with reconciliation of issues\nManage restatement process in Oracle and EPM\nMonitor ARCS for completeness and work with Controllers to close all reconciliations at quarter end\nAssist with consolidation and reporting of MLSE\nAnalysis of ELT and Board expenses and facilitating expense reports requiring approval of independent director\nProvide assistance with ad hoc work as necessary (e.g. ERP Cloud enhancements)\nWhat you'll bring:\nMinimum 8 years of relevant work experience\nUniversity Degree and accounting designation (CPA)\nAbility to independently manage and organize multiple work activities and inputs in order to meet or exceed established deadlines and priorities\nStrong attention to detail\nProficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on strong Excel and PowerPoint skills\nPre-existing knowledge of Oracle and Essbase would be an asset, with desire to become a super user for these tools over time\nAbility to build strong relationships within finance organization\nAbility to drive change to enhance processes and improve deliverables\nStrong interpersonal skills and ease with communicating with various levels in the organization (including senior management)\nTo protect our people, brand and assets, a pre-employment background check will be conducted.
