If you are interested in being a part of this, consider applying for the following opportunity:\nWho we're looking for:\nAs Senior Technical Delivery Manager, you will build and lead high-performance engineering teams that deliver and run our Web, Services, Middleware and Cloud Native platforms. You will own the full lifecycle, from strategy and architecture through delivery and day-to-day operations, using modern technologies such as React, Angular, Node.js, Java/Spring Boot and .NET, deployed on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud with Kubernetes and serverless services.\nThis is a leadership role with two equal mandates: drive innovation at the core of how we build, and achieve operational excellence in how we run. You will set engineering direction, grow managers and senior engineers, and deliver industry-standard, secure and scalable solutions that let our customers self-serve. You will partner with senior leadership to align technology investment with business outcomes.\nWhat you'll do:\nBuild, lead and grow high-performance delivery teams, including managers and technical leads.\nOwn the strategy and roadmap for Web, Services, Middleware and Cloud Native platforms.\nDrive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and scaling proven ideas into production.Deliver large programs end to end, on time, on budget and against clear KPIs.\n\nOversee architecture, integration and code quality to industry standards, including APIs, microservices and GraphQL.\nLead cloud-native build and migration, with strong DevOps, automation and cost control.\nEmbed secure authentication and SSO across applications, working with security and identity teams.\nOwn operational excellence: availability, SLOs, incident management, monitoring and root cause analysis.\nPartner with Product, Design, Data, Security and Operations, and present strategy and trade-offs to senior leadership.\nWhat you need to succeed\nCloud experience (required): hands-on depth with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure or GCP), including PaaS, containers and Kubernetes, serverless and cloud-native architecture patterns.\nProven record of building and leading high-performance engineering teams, including managing managers, in an enterprise environment.\nStrong expertise across web application frameworks (React, Angular or Vue on the frontend; Node.js, Java/Spring Boot on the backend), backend services and APIs, microservices and middleware.\nSolid knowledge of integration and middleware technologies: API gateways, messaging and event streaming, ESB and iPaaS.\nDeep understanding of industry standards for connecting domain services, microservices and experience-layer services such as GraphQL and REST.\nMature DevOps and SRE practice: CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability, SLOs and incident management.\nStrong leadership in Agile delivery at scale, with a track record of shipping quickly without compromising quality or stability.\nData-driven, KPI-focused approach, using tools such as 5-why analysis, A/B testing and performance benchmarking.\nAbility to balance innovation with operational stability, cost and risk.\nExcellent communication, with the ability to influence senior leaders and translate complex engineering topics into business value.\nCuriosity, creativity and a bias for action when tackling complex problems.\nNice to have\nKnowledge of authentication and identity platforms, such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Ping Identity, ForgeRock or Auth0.\nExperience implementing SSO and identity federation using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and SAML.\nFamiliarity with customer identity (CIAM), MFA and zero-trust security models.\nRelevant certifications, such as a cloud architect certification, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD) or SAFe.\nWhat you bring:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field.\n10+ years of experience in software engineering and technical delivery, including 5+ years leading engineering teams and 3+ years managing managers or multiple squads.\nProven delivery of web, services, middleware and cloud-native solutions at enterprise scale.\nA track record of running production platforms with measurable gains in reliability, performance and cost.\nA passion for digital transformation and a demonstrated ability to deliver innovative solutions that improve customer experience.\nWhat’s in it for you?\nWe believe in investing in our people and helping them reach their potential as valuable members of our team.
