They work closely with clients to understand specific needs and objectives, then develop integrated solutions using Rogers' standard products and services. The SA collaborates with Account Executives, and other teams to identify customer business issues, present value propositions, and ensure successful implementation. They contribute to revenue growth by meeting or exceeding defined sales targets while creating positive customer experiences.\nKey Accountabilities\nProvide pre-sales technical advisory services to sales teams\nConduct product demonstrations and presentations\nAnalyze and understand customer requirements\nDesign and architect solutions\nCollaborate with internal teams\nAssist with project cost and resource estimation\nProvide technical diagrams and documentation\n Interface with key decision-makers (CIO to IT staff) of current & potential customers\nUnderstand customer business goals\nBuild relationships of trust and act as a trusted advisor\nParticipate in technology assessments\nCollaborate on roadmaps and planning\nHandle technical concerns and objections\nDesign differentiated technical solutions\nCreate customized solutions and designs\nEvaluate and select appropriate technologies\nProvide technical guidance\n 4.
