Join us today and be a part of a team that is redefining the future of media.\nSenior Manager, Data Product Management\nWho we're looking for:\nRogers Sports & Media (RSM) is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap and delivery of Media Data Platforms and Products that support advertising, audience insights, and customer subscription lifecycle initiatives across the business. Working across Sales, Marketing, Product, Data Science, Engineering, Architecture and Technology teams, you will identify business opportunities, prioritize strategic investments and deliver scalable data capabilities that improve business outcomes.\nThis role combines people leadership, product management, commercial strategy and technology leadership to modernize RSM’s data ecosystem while supporting long-term business growth.\nWhat you'll do:\nDefine and maintain the product roadmap for Media Data Platforms and Products supporting Advanced Advertising and Direct-to-Consumer subscription businesses. \nDevelop long-term platform strategies aligned with RSM’s business priorities and partner with Enterprise Architecture to define future-state platform capabilities.\nLead cross-functional planning for complex initiatives, coordinating dependencies across multiple products, engineering teams, vendors and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of strategic programs.\nDevelop business cases supporting strategic platform investments and modernization initiatives. Define product KPIs and measure adoption, business value and platform health. \nMedia Data Products\nLead the strategy and evolution of products supporting: \nReporting & Insights: PowerBI & DOMO \nMartech: Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or other Customer Data Platforms (CDP) \nAdtech: Identity graph, audience segmentation, attribution measurement \nDirect-to-Consumer: customer lifecycle management (acquisition, churn, customer lifetime value analytics) \nData Science: feature stores, ML operations \nPlatform Strategy & Technology\nPartner with Enterprise Data to evolve RSM’s data platform and technology ecosystem. \nResponsibilities include aligning with stakeholders across a hybrid-cloud ecosystem including: Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, and on-premises, while ensuring best practices for data quality, governance, and finops. \nBusiness Planning & Financial Management\nDevelop product roadmaps aligned with RSM’s strategy. Develop business cases and ROI analyses. \nPrepare CAPEX and OPEX plans supporting strategic platform investments. \nPartner with Procurement on vendor selection, contract renewals, and strategic technology planning. \nTeam Leadership\nLead and develop a team of Product Managers responsible for Media Data Platforms and Products.\nRecruit, mentor and develop Product Managers, fostering a high-performing product organization. Coach Product Managers on product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, stakeholder management and product execution. \nEstablish product management best practices, governance and operating models across RSM’s data portfolio. \nAlign priorities across multiple product teams to ensure consistent execution against Media business objectives. \nWhat you'll bring:\n8+ years of experience in Product Management, Data Platforms, or related technology leadership roles.\nExperience leading enterprise-scale data products or platform initiatives.\nExperience leading, mentoring and developing Product Managers.\nStrong understanding of modern cloud data platforms including Azure, Databricks or comparable technologies.\nExperience developing strategic product roadmaps and technology investment plans.\nExperience building business cases, strong stakeholder management, and executive communication.\nExperience evaluating enterprise technology platforms and working with strategic technology vendors.\nCloud experience\nDatabricks, Azure, Azure Data factory. \nAbility to work with on prem infrastructure\nFamiliar with data engineering\nData Governance (data classification & PII)\nData Architecture\nIngestion/Transformation \nMedia specific platform product management \nWhat's in it for you?\nWe believe in investing in our people and helping them reach their potential as valuable members of our team.
