If you are interested in being a part of this, consider applying for the following opportunity:\nWho we're looking for:\nWe’re looking for a hands-on Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and deliver scalable, secure, and reusable data and AI solutions.\nThis role sits within the Data & AI team and provides technical leadership across end-to-end data and AI architecture, from requirements and design through to implementation. You’ll work closely with business partners, architects, engineers, security, governance and platform teams to translate complex business needs into practical, production-ready solutions across data, integration, and analytics environments.\nWhat you'll do:\nLead Data Solution Design\nLead the assessment of complex business and technical requirements and translate them into end-to-end data and AI solutions.\nOwn solution architecture across data processing, storage, integration, consumption, security and AI enabled capabilities.\nBuild High-Level Designs (HLDs) and contribute to Detailed Design Documents (DDD), ensuring consistency across the solution lifecycle.\nEvaluate solution alternatives and make architectural recommendations based on business requirements, technical constraints, cost, scalability, performance, and operational considerations. \nIdentify architectural risks, dependencies, assumptions, and design trade-offs early in the solution lifecycle.\nDefine Data and AI Architecture Patterns\nDesign conceptual, logical, and physical data architectures and models that promote performance, interoperability, and reuse.\nDefine patterns for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data, including batch, streaming, API, and event-driven integration and consumption.\nDevelop reusable architecture patterns for GenAI, RAG, enterprise and vector search, document processing, semantic models, and AI agents.\nDesign secure integration patterns across enterprise data platforms, AI/ML platforms, LLMs, APIs, applications, and analytics solutions.\nIncorporate identity, RBAC, least-privilege access, data classification, privacy, and governance requirements into solution designs.\nProvide Technical Leadership Through Delivery\nProvide architectural leadership to project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle, from initial discovery through implementation and production readiness.\nWork closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are delivered as designed\nParticipate in design reviews and provide technical direction when implementation decisions require architectural guidance.\nSupport the transition of AI solutions from proof of concept to governed production implementations.\nCollaborate Across Teams\nAct as a senior technical partner to business stakeholders, architects, engineers, data science, analytics, security, governance, and platform teams.\nAlign solution designs with enterprise data and AI strategies, security standards, data quality requirements, and stewardship practices.\nCommunicate architectural decisions, risks, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly to technical and business stakeholders.\nPartner with AI and Data Science teams to define data and architecture requirements for AI/ML and GenAI solutions.\nAssess and Improve Solutions\nAssess existing data architectures to identify improvement opportunities for modernization, simplification, consolidation, and improvement.\nPerform impact assessments using data lineage, object dependencies, and usage information.\nIdentify technical debt and recommend practical remediation or modernization strategies.\nEvaluate emerging data and AI technologies through technical assessments and proofs of concept.\nIdentify architectural risks associated with AI solutions, including data exposure, inappropriate data access, model dependency, and solution reliability.\nStay current with evolving data platforms, AI architecture patterns, model capabilities, and responsible AI practices.\nWhat you bring:\nWe recognize strong candidates come from different paths. You might be a great fit if you have:\nUniversity degree in computer science, information technology, data management or equivalent.\nStrong experience architecting solutions across multiple systems, platforms, or business domains. \nStrong understanding of data architecture, data structures, modern data platforms, database management systems and ETL.\nHands-on experience with SQL, programming, and traditional and big data.\nStrong cloud experience with platforms and technologies such as Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, ADF, Event Hubs, Storage, and Key Vault.\nExperience migrating data from on premises to cloud environments.\nStrong understanding of security, privacy, data governance, access control, and data protection principles.\nA practical, hands-on mindset with the ability to contribute to both design and implementation.\nExperience designing AI/ML or GenAI-enabled enterprise solutions and integrating them with modern data platforms. \nExperience LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, semantic search, prompt/orchestration patterns, and AI agents. \nNice to have:\nExperience working with unstructured and semi-structured data.\nExperience leading architecture for large-scale transformation or migration programs.\nCloud architecture certifications (e.g. AWS or Azure).\nExperience with streaming platforms such as Kafka.\nExperience in the telecommunications industry.\nEffective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\nExperience supporting or mentoring peers on technical design and implementation.\nExperience with AI capabilities across platforms such as Azure AI, Databricks and Snowflake. \nHow We Work\nWe design practical, production-ready data solutions\nWe expect senior architects to lead the design while staying close to the build.\nWe balance strong design with delivery realities\nWe collaborate across teams to move solutions forward\nA Note on Applying\nWe know many people may hesitate to apply unless they meet every requirement.
