The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to lead safety, quality, and revenue generation throughout our existing operations and additional operations through growth.\nJob Details:\nStarting wage of $26.00/hr + $3.00 night shift differential\n2nd Shift (3:00PM-12:00AM)\nFulltime/Permanent\nWeekend work may be required\nOvertime available along with medical and retirement benefits\nJob Responsibilities:\nLearning and understanding our safety culture and implementing all of Rogers Group’s safety principles without compromise\n\nOperate front-end loader to move and load shot rock, crushed stone, or overburden safely and efficiently.\n\nMaintain a consistent feed to the plant/crusher while minimizing downtime and spillage.\n\nPlant maintenance and clean up when needed\n\nPerform daily pre-shift inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues or needed repairs.\n\nAssist with maintaining haul roads, loading areas, and stockpiles to ensure safe and efficient traffic flow.\n\nCommunicate effectively with the plant operator, haul truck drivers, and other pit personnel using radios and hand signals.\n\nMay be called upon at the discretion of the supervisor in charge to perform any other duties assigned and/or to assist with other areas as necessary\n\nQualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or GED required\nGeneral mechanical knowledge\nAbility to maintain safe working conditions\nReliable attendance and willingness to work overtime, weekends, or different shifts as production requires.
