Join Rogo, a fast-growing startup in the finance industry, as our first dedicated Brand Designer. In this role, you will define, evolve, and scale our brand across all touchpoints, collaborating closely with leadership, the design team, marketing, and external partners. You will have the opportunity to set a new visual and creative standard for institutional finance and ensure creative excellence in everything that carries the Rogo name.
Missions
- Defining, evolving, and scaling the brand foundation across all touchpoints.
- Collaborating with leadership, design team, marketing, and external partners to create a sophisticated brand.
- Designing key brand surfaces, including website, social media, presentations, and product marketing.
Profil recherché
- 3-8 years of experience in brand or visual/graphic design, ideally at a fast-moving startup or creative agency- We don’t require any formal experience, education, or even knowledge of the finance world
- You are an owner. You are autonomous, self-directed, and comfortable working with ambiguity
- What we are looking for is enthusiasm & evidence of caring about visual craft and storytelling through a variety of brand mediums. You should feel a compulsive need to make things, and a rabid curiosity to learn and try new things
- Proficiency a variety of tools, including Figma, and comfort picking up new tools (e.g., Jitter, After Effects, Framer, etc.)
- You are ambitious. You have fun solving problems that others think are impossible
- You are collaborative, organized, thoughtful, and kind
- Experience across mediums: web, digital, print, motion, and presentation
- HUGE bonus for strong motion design or animation experience!
- You are curious. You find joy in learning about AI, technology, and finance
- You thrive in fast-paced environments. You are high-intensity and care a lot about what you do, and you're ecstatic to work at a startup
- Ability to work quickly, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities
- A deep sense of ownership and pride in your work
- Previous startup experience, especially B2B with premium visual taste
- Strong collaboration skills - you love working closely with creative and technical partners
- A portfolio that shows strong craft across typography, composition, and storytelling - with a premium visual taste and polish
- Located in NYC or ability to relocate
