You are autonomous, self-directed, and comfortable working with ambiguity\n- What we are looking for is enthusiasm & evidence of caring about visual craft and storytelling through a variety of brand mediums. You should feel a compulsive need to make things, and a rabid curiosity to learn and try new things\n- Proficiency a variety of tools, including Figma, and comfort picking up new tools (e.g., Jitter, After Effects, Framer, etc.)\n- You are ambitious. You have fun solving problems that others think are impossible\n- You are collaborative, organized, thoughtful, and kind\n- Experience across mediums: web, digital, print, motion, and presentation\n- HUGE bonus for strong motion design or animation experience!\n- You are curious. You find joy in learning about AI, technology, and finance\n- You thrive in fast-paced environments.
