You'll lead full-cycle client engagements, building consultative relationships and tailoring demos that resonate with investors and deal teams. Similar to how Solutions Architects secure the \"technical win,\" you'll drive the \"financial win\" by translating Rogo's capabilities into real impact across banking and investing use cases.\n\nEngage with bankers/investors at existing and prospective customers to understand and address their workflow challenges, and then explain and demonstrate the value of Rogo's AI solutions to address them.\n\nEstablish yourself as a credible expert in solving customers' specific problems (e.g., public company financial research, M&A advisory, company diligence workflows).\n\nLead product demonstrations tailored to the context of various financial firms, asking questions to validate how Rogo can add value and then showcasing Rogo's features and benefits relevant to each prospective client's potential use cases.\n\nPartner with the marketing team to develop content that will resonate with bankers/investors, tailored to the unique needs of their practice areas and client types.\n\nAct as the \"Voice of the Customer,\" using your industry perspective to help the broader sales team develop and implement more effective strategies and synthesize customer feedback for the product team through a financial services lens.\n\nTailor the introduction of new solutions to specific customer needs.\n\nFurther the market perception of Rogo as uniquely credible, substantive, and helpful in applying its AI solutions to make bankers/investors better at their jobs.\n\nConduct research and analysis on customers and competitors.\n\nWhat You Will Need\n3+ years experience in a front office finance position - specifically corporate banking and/or commercial banking\n\nOutstanding project management and communication skills; extremely organized, detail-oriented\n\nAn action-oriented mindset that balances creative problem-solving with the scrappiness to ultimately deliver results\n\nBonus\nEarly employee at a hyper-growth startup.\n\nLLM knowledge (can you explain how a transformer works?)\n\nWho You Are\nYou thrive in fast-paced environments.
