If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, demand excellence, and want to help build the future of finance, we invite you to join us.\nWe’re looking for a Founding iOS Engineer to lead the development of Rogo’s native iOS app. You’ll play a foundational role in building out our mobile experience-from setting development standards and processes to launching user-facing features used daily by finance professionals. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, product, and customer teams to shape the future of how users interact with AI on mobile.\nYou’ll own core features end-to-end: designing intuitive UX, implementing high-performance Swift code, and optimizing app performance. This is a high-impact role where your work will ship quickly, be used immediately, and drive meaningful value for our customers.\nWhat You’ll Do\nArchitect, build, and maintain Rogo’s iOS application using Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit\n\nEstablish and refine mobile development practices: planning, testing, releasing, and monitoring\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and domain experts\n\nOwn major product features from concept to launch\n\nWork closely with users and Customer Success to iterate quickly and ship improvements\n\nContribute to the overall architecture and direction of our mobile and frontend platforms\n\nWhat You'll Need\n5+ years of professional iOS development experience\n\nStrong command of Swift, SwiftUI (iOS 16+), and UIKit\n\nExperience building polished, high-performance apps with a focus on great UX\n\nComfortable working across concurrency, threading, and performance optimizations\n\nExcited about crafting elegant interfaces and reusable, testable components\n\nSelf-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments\n\nPassionate about building delightful AI-powered experiences\n\nBonus\nExperience integrating with backend services (REST APIs, gRPC, Server-Sent-Events)\n\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure\n\nExperience deploying apps in an enterprise context (Microsoft Intune, enterprise App Store etc)\n\nPrevious experience at a fast-growing startup\n\nBackground at a design-forward product company (e.g. Notion, Figma)\n\nStrong interest in AI and how it can shape modern mobile workflows\n\nWho You Are\nYou thrive in fast-paced environments.
