You will work closely with customers to design scalable and secure cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration with their existing infrastructure. Your expertise in cloud systems, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) will drive the success of Rogo’s AI solutions and deliver transformative value to our clients.\nWhat You Will Own\nCustomer Architecture and Security Leadership\nServe as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers during pre- and post-sales engagements\n\nLead architecture reviews, helping customers understand how Rogo integrates with their infrastructure\n\nCollaborate with security and engineering teams to ensure customers understand how Rogo meets their security and compliance requirements\n\nBuild trust with senior technical stakeholders, including security, infrastructure, and engineering leadership\n\nClearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences\n\nPre-Sales Technical Partnership\nPartner closely with Sales to support complex enterprise deals, providing architectural guidance and technical validation\n\nHelp customers evaluate deployment models, security controls, and integration approaches\n\nAddress technical objections and ensure customers are confident in adopting Rogo’s platform\n\nPost-Sales Technical Ownership\nGuide customers through onboarding, deployment, and early adoption\n\nLead technical customer communications relating to ongoing product or feature releases, upsells, or other incremental review processes after initial sale\n\nDiagnose technical issues and coordinate with engineering to drive resolution\n\nEnsure successful long-term adoption and expansion by proactively addressing risks and blockers\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to represent customer needs and improve the platform\n\nTranslate customer requirements and feedback into actionable technical insights\n\nHelp shape best practices, deployment patterns, and technical documentation\n\nWhat You Will Need\nCustomer-Facing Technical Expertise\n4+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, Infrastructure Architect, or similar\n\nStrong foundation in cloud infrastructure, networking, and security concepts\n\nAbility to confidently lead architecture and security discussions with enterprise technical stakeholders\n\nCloud and Infrastructure Knowledge\nExperience with one or more major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)\n\nUnderstanding of enterprise infrastructure, identity and access management, networking, and security best practices\n\nAbility to diagnose infrastructure and integration challenges at a systems level\n\nEnterprise Customer Presence\nStrong communication skills and executive presence\n\nAbility to manage complex, long-running enterprise engagements\n\nHigh degree of ownership, organization, and follow-through\n\nStrong commercial judgment and ability to balance technical and business priorities\n\nWho You Are\nYou thrive in fast-paced environments.
