Education Matric 2-year freight forwarding related qualification at NQF level 4 or NQF level 5 or equivalent Knowledge and experience 2-3 years experience in the Clearing and Forwarding Industry To co-ordinate the freight movement of export cargo through the international transport chain in terms of the client’s import requirements INCO Terms Transport modal selection. Carrier conditions of carriage Basic international trade principles Applicable sections of Export control Act. Commercial, transport, carrier and statutory department documents. Customs and other statutory body cargo clearance procedure Export freight document flow procedure Geography Computer literacy (MS Office). On Track programme Good communication skills (Written & Verbal). Client orientation Action and result orientation Time Management.
